And we get that best anticancer activity is ganoderma lucidum chloroform extract: when 0.125mg.mL-1, its cancer inhibition rate can be more than 50%. For the HL-7702 cell damaged by DDP, these 4 extracting do not have show the restore function. But the chloroform extract can reduce the damage significantly. For the raying HL-7702 cell, only the middle , high purity of chloroform extract can have certain restore function; All of these 4 extract can reduce the degree of radiation damage.
